简要规则描述：根据建设工程法律法规及相关标准，协助临港新片区建设工程质量安全监督站，对辖区内在监在建工程中的高风险项目，提供辅助监管技术服务，具体包括消防工程辅助检查、大型建筑起重机械使用评估及关键节点辅助检查、超危大工程关键节点安全辅助检查等。结合相关工作安排，配齐专业设备及持证检查人员，积极配合临港新片区相关建设主管部门，及时发现并反馈各项问题隐患，共同筑牢安全风险防线。
Brief Specification Description: In accordance with construction engineering laws, regulations, and relevant standards, we assist the Lingang New Area Construction Engineering Quality and Safety Supervision Station in providing auxiliary supervision and technical services for high-risk projects within the jurisdiction that are under supervision and construction. Specific services include auxiliary inspections for fire engineering, assessments of the use of large construction lifting machinery, auxiliary inspections at key nodes, and auxiliary safety inspections at critical nodes for ultra-hazardous large projects. In conjunction with relevant work arrangements, we will fully equip ourselves with professional equipment and certified inspection personnel, actively cooperate with relevant construction authorities in the Lingang New Area, promptly identify and report various potential issues and hazards, and jointly strengthen the safety risk prevention line.
合同履约期限：一年，2026年7月24日至2027年7月23日
