简要规格描述或项目基本概况介绍、用途：根据《关于浦东新区社区微型消防站优化赋能分级管理指导意见》文件要求，结合芦潮港社区辖区内实际情况，本着“减少警情，灭早救小，减少各类应急事件人员伤亡和财产损失”的工作理念，在邻里中心站辖区内的12个居委：芦硕居委、芦云居委、滨河居委、新芦居委、港口居委、海滨居委、芦茂居委、海芦居委、海尚居委、果园居委、海汇居委、芦潮居委等点位，建设成为有专职人员、有消防车辆，24小时值班备勤的微型消防站，从而改善居民、企业消防安全环境。为确保完成属地政府、社区和消防部门布置的关于消防检查任务等。
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project: In accordance with the requirements of the document *Guiding Opinions on Optimizing Empowerment and Hierarchical Management of Community Mini Fire Stations in Pudong New Area*, and in light of the actual conditions within the jurisdiction of Luchaogang Community, we adhere to the work philosophy of "reducing police callouts, putting out fires at an early stage and containing small fires, and minimizing casualties and property losses caused by various emergency incidents". Mini fire stations staffed by full-time personnel, equipped with fire vehicles and operating on a 24-hour standby duty system will be established at locations covering 12 neighborhood committees under the jurisdiction of the Neighborhood Center Station, namely Lushuo Neighborhood Committee, Luyun Neighborhood Committee, Binhe Neighborhood Committee, Xinlu Neighborhood Committee, Gangkou Neighborhood Committee, Haibin Neighborhood Committee, Lumaon Neighborhood Committee, Hailu Neighborhood Committee, Haishang Neighbor
合同履约期限：一年，自2026年9月19日-2027年9月18日
